What is collected
The account uses an email. A name can be entered at registration. After login, the browser stores a session token locally.
An order stores the selected model, extra disks, bandwidth, extra IPv4, system, and billing cycle. An invoice stores the amount, status, and invoice identifier.
When the machine is ready, the console shows a hostname or address, the login account, and the initial password. Those identifiers are for access. They are not placed on public pages.
The browser generates a client identifier sent with API requests, used to tell carts apart. Ticket text, reply time, and source address are stored with the ticket.
Use
- Complete registration, login, and password reset
- Create the invoice and open the matching machine
- Show SSH or RDP details in the console
- Handle tickets and mail sent to support@osfpcloud.com
Payment
The checkout channel handles the card number or other payment credentials. OSFP Cloud stores the invoice identifier, amount, and payment status.
Where it is stored
The session is written in the browser's localStorage. Clearing site data requires a new login. Orders, invoices, and tickets on the server are kept until the account is closed or a legal duty ends. This notice does not state an unverified retention period.
Sharing
Data is provided to processors that deliver the machine at the facility, issue invoices, and send mail, and only as far as those uses require. OSFP Cloud does not sell email or order lists.
Access and correction
The account holder can log in to the console to view orders and invoices, or write to support@osfpcloud.com to correct the email or close the account. Closing an account does not delete invoice records already posted.
