Account
Orders and the console use the same email. A code or a password is used to log in. The account holder keeps the login and is responsible for orders on that account.
Registration accepts these terms and the privacy policy.
Billing
Charges are in US dollars, shown as $. The monthly rate is the model, extra disks, bandwidth, extra IPv4, and the OS charge. Amount due equals that monthly rate times the selected months: 1 for monthly, 3 for quarterly, 6 for semiannual, and 12 for annual. There is no separate discount and no setup fee.
Options and the host are prepaid for the same cycle. The invoice is created at checkout. Unless a separate written agreement exists, this page states neither a refund ratio nor an availability percentage.
Renewal after a cycle ends follows the invoice and the renewal control in the console at that time. There is no contract term. A period already paid stays on the same monthly-rate multiplication.
Machine
An order is one AMD EPYC 7543P machine, deployed in Tokyo, Japan. Memory is the 128GB or 256GB DDR4-3200 ECC RDIMM selected on the order. The default disks are 2×1TB NVMe, direct-attach, with no hardware RAID. An added 2TB disk is also direct-attach.
Linux is reached by SSH. Windows Server is reached by RDP. Connection details appear in the console after payment, once the machine is ready.
Data, accounts, and software on the system are managed by the account holder. Back up before a reinstall or before the machine is reclaimed at the end of the paid period.
Use
The machine is for lawful work. It must not be used to send unsolicited bulk mail, break into other systems, distribute unlawful content, or take the facility network out of service.
When abuse is found, OSFP Cloud may suspend the instance and notify the account by email or ticket. A period already paid is not recalculated during a suspension.
Contact and changes
Tickets are filed in the console. Mail goes to support@osfpcloud.com.
Continued use of the account after an update accepts the updated text. A material change to billing rules is written on this page, with the effective date kept.
